My Why
Having spent 10 years in the corporate world I know how stressful and rushed the days can feel.
Experiencing burnout – after I left corporate (!) – was also an interesting ride to be on.
I also know it does not necessarily need to feel that way.
Blending my experience of the corporate environment, my knowledge of various yoga & meditation practices and my education on the science of the body & the mind, I am passionate about bringing solutions & tools to companies, schools & universities to reconnect to their bodies, better manage their stress, effectively reduce the risk of burnout & ultimately create more balance in their lives.
Workshops
I love bringing mindfulness & stress management conversations to corporate teams & university students/faculties! Such workshops are typically 1-3hours sessions organised for your Team/Project combining theoretical presentation & short individual/team practical exercises. They can be carried in person in your preferred location or online.
Below are some signature workshops that I have offered in various setups – note however that I always tailor the content to your particular team/group. Each project starts with a non-biding briefing call to discuss your specific intention, needs & requirements. After that, I provide you with a detailed offer for you to review!
It is naturally possible to combine the workshop with a yoga class, to bring movement & fun to your Team Day or event!
Stress Management Workshop
Looking at the physiology & psychosocial aspects of stress to understand the stress response, what ‘good stress’ & ‘bad stress’ are. Sharing principles & simple techniques of Yoga & Mindfulness practices applied to life & work. Creating new ways to build supportive team communication around these topics.
‘The World of Breath’ Workshop
A practical dive into the power of breath, how it affects our nervous system, how to regulate it & learn simple techniques to influence energy levels, mood, stress levels & more!
Meditation Course
A 3-sessions course format to learn how to meditate on your own – no apps, no tools needed afterwards.
In this course we share a simple, yet extremely effective meditation technique, specifically aiming at reducing stress & fatigue. Some other possible effects of a regular meditation practice include improved productivity & creativity, better sleep, less reactivity & overall increased feeling of balance.
This course can be carried in person (at one of our studios or your office) or online via Zoom.
Ad Hoc Mindfulness Programmes
Custom-made solutions for mid/long-term programmes to implement mindfulness at work/university.
Based on your team’s needs & structure, we put together a plan of concrete actions & tools that will create real change for your employees/students over time beyond the one-off “feel good” team/group day format.
My programmes typically include a mix of in-person workshops, short-format content creation for your intranet/team platform, yoga classes & more. We also define together markers to evaluate the impact & results over the period.

University Programmes
Education is where the future of leadership is made. Rather than waiting 10, 20, 40 years of career to look for solutions to better management stress & improve our work environments, why not start now with the younger generations?
Not only will the tools of mindfulness & stress management support students during their education curriculum, but they empower the future employees, managers & entrepreneurs that they are. More importantly, at a time when there is so much information & pressure on what graduates “should” do, the programmes that I offer provide guidance & support for students to get clearer on who they are, what they want, why they want to wake up in the morning & how to present themselves to the world – all questions that facilitates their transition from university into purposeful careers & increases their confidence when the time comes to find a job.
